KL has one of the best food city in the world. We only ate at Michelin Rated Restaurants for all out meals. It was an amazing time. Most meals cost under $30 Cdn for two people. Locals were friendly and knowledgeable. Grab rides are easy and cheap

KL is very impressive but was hot and humid in April. There are good museums and parks. Some older buildings have not been well maintained though. Public transport is reasonably priced but a bit complicated to navigate as there are various types.

I spent a year in KL in 1996/1997 and 28 years later I found it somewhat improved. The air quality is much better now, that's for sure. There is a fun blend of funky old KL and new glitzy KL and the food was amazing as always. I love KL!

A really interesting place to visit that's very affordable and safe with great shopping and food. Highly recommend the Islamic Arts Museum and the Bird Park. Very hot and sticky so not the place for those who can't do the tropics!

Metro cheap, reliable, efficient. KLCC Mall shopping and food great. Malaysian people decent, honest and helpful. Weather in KL mostly cloudy, shortish downpours but hot enough (June). Three days in KL is enough.

I never felt more safe than being in Kuala Lumpur. Police is always around to make sure peace is kept and people there are pretty friendly and helpful. This is the type of city I could see myself living in.

Using Grab was so easy to get to Petaling Street, Bukit Bintang and the Batu Caves. Definitely pre book Petronas and go around 7.30pm to see the city light up!
"We had such a great experience here. Close to everything. Shopping was great. Food was amazing. We have a very close and clear view of the Petronas Towers from our room. Staff was amazing. Cannot say enough good things about this place. "
"We had a fantastic stay! The staff were incredibly welcoming and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with great attention to detail. Everything felt cozy and elegant. One of the highlights was the rooftop pool, stunning views, a peaceful atmosphere, and the perfect place to unwind after a day out. Highly recommended for a relaxing and comfortable getaway!"
"We liked the complimentary upscale coffee, drinks and snacks in the minibar, combs, and other vanity items. Our premium room had a view of both the Petronas Twin Towers and the KL Tower. The room is luxurious and refined, the best one we've stayed in. The unique striped color pattern on the exterior of the hotel walls made it easy for us to see and find our way back from walking excursions; very unique and stand out from nearby hotels."
