This area is kinda dumpy, but maybe this is how all of Shreveport is?!! The hotel is comfortabe with fridges and coffee makers. The bedrooms are clean and updated. We did have a low water pressure issue in the showers (we rented 2 rooms) but all in all, it was a good experience.

Upon arrival, everything was fine, the service was good, but they gave us a room that was already occupied. When I wanted to check in, I was sorry that she was upset with me, but it wasn't my fault. The reception apologized and gave me another room that had a bad smell. My experience was not very good. The property looks very neglected compared to other Quality Inns.

Met our need for a nights sleep. The room was cold when we entered which was ok we can turn the thermostat up. The neighborhood was sketchy with homeless people in the area and loud people coming and going. Wouldn’t stay here again.

We reserved and arrived at this property pretty late in the evening - after traveling all day, I was grateful to find anything and the booking process was very quick and easy. The check-in process was decent. Although the ad says there is wifi, I was unable to connect to their network at all - even after requesting a password.
