Location was great- right in the middle of every thing. Easy walk to the surrounding highlights and plenty of things to eat and do! The room was spacious and they had made the bed for us before we got in there which was a treat!

2/10 Poor

The night club in the second floor kept us awake untill 3 am. We had to leave a night early. Otherwise the hotel is nice, clean and placed greatly in Bergen sentrum.

Very central and convenient. Very friendly reception staff and spacious room with comfortable beds. All rooms have kitchens (but no microwave or toaster) Shower consisted of two hinged doors that formed a square but had no seal on the bottom so tended to flood bathroom.

10/10 Exceptional

Our stay here was lovely! Everything was clean and quiet and quite spacious. Our only complaint was the challenging combination of light switches. We had lights coming on in the middle of the night with no one touching the switch! We had a great room with double window but they looked down over the garbage from surrounding businesses. Luke and Ulrick(not sure of spelling), at the front desk, were great! Very helpful and kind! Good men to keep in staff.

I'm so grateful to the staff who went OUT OF THEIR WAY to accommodate the needs of my group... and everything was done with a nice smile! Thank you so much. I'll be back next year!

10/10 Exceptional

The hotel, room and staff were great!!! We were in room 502 and outside our door was open to the alleyway where the local restaurants used the trash compactor so that was quite squeaky and loud late in the evening and at times the smell lingered into our room.

10/10 Exceptional

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, and clean. Amenities were pretty basic. Laundry facilities - washer and separate dryer on the third floor. It’s free if you have your own detergent. Close to everything for walking, and close to the train station and LRT. The only thing is it’s close to all the night life too, so is louder. The kids didn’t mind it though and enjoyed watching the collage kids for “welcome week”.

8/10 Very good

Property is centrally located, very close to plenty of dining options and shopping streets. The comfortable family-sized room was perfect for our family.

10/10 Exceptional

The qauality and location of the appartment was great. The laundry was a disappointment, since washing machines was not in the appartment. The front door was poorly isolated and sound from the alley could be clearly heard in the appartment.

Lovely room - man on the desk gave us a free upgrade which is always appreciated! Big and clean, with good facilities and a very comfortable bed.

8/10 Very good

Great location and the room was clean, well stocked and spacious!! However, not well insulated from noise. We were there on a weekend and it was extremely difficult to sleep with the nightclub blasting music until 3am, loud machinery sounds outside our door.

A nice place to stay in Bergen- comfortable room with what you need to heat food and make tea. An area with plenty of restaurants and a short walk to the waterfront.
