I had an overnight stay, only using the hotel literally for a bed so didn’t use any other facilities. Staff were friendly and approachable when I used the bag drop and checked in and out. Hotel was clean and comfortable with minor wear and tear. Good tea and coffee facilities and a decent shower.

Quirky basic hotel with the minimum facilities in the room. Bed was hard so difficult to sleep well, floor was not carpeted so cold on the feet and you could hear the people on the next floor clomping around. Hotel security was good and the staff helpful but not very cheerful. The buffet breakfast was ok and plentiful. However no choice of eggs, it was scrambled or scrambled and that's it. Restaurant meals we're basic but with good portions and reasonable prices. Very close to the station so very convenient for travellers.

What a pleasant experience, that I was not expecting from a budget hotel chain. I wanted a stop over and found the hotel to be excellent value, clean, comfortable and just what I needed for a very affordable price. The room was adequate for my needs, basic but still very well structured with coffee/tea amenities, small shower area and a comfortable bed. The breakfast was very good, with several options available, a good coffee choice. Can't complain for £70 mid week, well done Ibis and its pleasant employees.

Had a fantastic room - spacious etc. Bit noisy for most of the day night-due to proximity of the station and some construction/building/scaffolding work right on the door step in all directions..which can't really be helped. The room was clean apart from the shower tray. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. The location was very convenient for Temple Meads railway station and family living nearby. It was very quiet. The walk into the city centre was not too hard and the nearby Sainsbury's Local was easy to find. Staff were helpful and pleasant. The food in the bar area was delicious, piping hot and good value. I would book to stay again in future.
