Reasable option for one night.
This is a pleasant place to stay if you want to sleep close to chichen itza. Last renovation has been a while ago, but it is clean, staff is friendly and the restaurant a good option for the day. WiFi is weak, beds are short but fine for the 1,80 I have.

Did a quick overnight here to visit Chichen Itza and the local cenotes at first crack and it was so worth it! Zero crowds and a very personal experience. The hotel staff was fantastic, as I was coming and going at odd hours, and they were always very helpful. The hotel is scattered with interesting artifacts, has a huge pool, library, even foosball! Simple, charming rooms with arched bed alcoves and surrounding gardens. Very tranquil stay.

This hotel is really nice and clean, look like a Mexican village, so pretty. I recommend it, rooms are so cozy, we’ve had a good time.

8/10 Very good

The property is convenient if you are going or done sightseeing Chichen itza. It's close to the pyramids. The hotel looks like an old hacienda so itbhas that Mexican feel about but needs a lot of TLC inside and outside. I guess for the price and the options around the area you dont have a lot of choices.

The location was ideal but limied doning options and inability to walk to the Chichin Itza entrance was disappointing.

Cute rooms and comfortable. The pool is really nice. The restaurant could improve a bit, the service was great but the food and drinks not. The location is excellent.

This hotel is gorgeous! The infrastructure is so unique to the Chichen Itza area. The location is perfect. Very close to the ruins and a couple of towns. And the staff was very friendly and attentive, especially Manuel; he truly made our stay very special and we are very thankful for his work.

Sedate beautiful setting. Stars were beautiful, wished they would turn down lights in the evening to make them even more visible.
David, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

This was a very cool stay in the jungle, but we did book it because of how close it was to the entrance of the temples, but turns out that entrance was closed so we had to go all around anyway. Their restaurant was okay, lunch wasn’t the best but the dinner was pretty good!

8/10 Very good

Lovely place with a great pool and service. What put me off was the lack of a tv set, frigo bar, and coffee maker in the room. For what you pay per room, I was expecting all amenities.

The is a lovely older hotel. Have stayed here at least 4 times on visits to Chichén Itzá. Wonderful was to see the ruins. You stay over night at this hotel and then you go see ruins first thing in the AM before crowds from Cancun show up. Perfect. Pool is beautiful. Breakfast around the pool is wonderful. Staff used to b a little friendlier. Also hotel used soft white lighting before which just made the place elegant. They have gone to bright LED lights. I hope they go to soft white LEDs soon and restore the magical properties of the property.

We stayed for 2 nights in July, 2023 around a visit to Chichen Itza. This hotel is obviously suffering until the second entrance to Chichen Itza is reopened -- it honestly felt like a ghost town there, and is looking a bit frayed around the edges. It was frustrating to be able to walk 5 minutes to the closed entrance, but have to catch a taxi to the main entrance instead. Still, the rooms were clean, the staff was uniformly friendly, and it was a nice retreat after the crowds at the main site. I also rented a bike and rode to the nearby Cenote IK Kil (about a 5 minute bike ride), which was a great way to spend the afternoon after our Chichen Itza visit. Also, the sounds of the frogs in the evening were spectacular!
