La persona que nos hizo el check in no nos atendió bien, le dijimos que mi esposo era celiaco y resulta que ella sabe más de la celiaquia que el propio enfermo. Pontos a melhorar: Atendimento no check in divergente do informado pelo hotels.com. Fui informado que o check in era as 15:00 quando pelo app informa que o check in é as 14:00. A atendente não sabia passar informações sobre passeios e não fez questão de buscar respostas, simplesmente nos mandou ao centro da cidade a 15km do hotel para que nos informássemos ou esperássemos até as 17:00 para falar com outra atendente, Sabrina, que saberia dar as respostas. O hotel poderia disponibilizar serviço de transfer frequente para o centro de San Martin ou mesmo para se locomover dentro do resort. A calefação do quarto era exagerada a ponto de acordarmos de madrugada suando. Informamos a camareira, mas não mudou muito. Pontos altos: Sabrina, está sim, foi um exemplo de bom atendimento e simpatia. Lucas e Francisco, atendentes do bar e do restaurante. Super solícitos e empáticos. Apresentação do pianista na noite de quinta feira. Um espetáculo privado. Impressionante. Comida muito boa, local e hotel são lindos.
