Had a fabulous vacation. The property was beautiful and lively with outdoor music, breakfast bagels on the patio & watching mountain bikers wind their way down the mountain. Grizzly Bear refuge was a highlight and enjoying the private hot tub on the balcony of our suite.

Had an amazing stay! The room was clean, cozy, and had a breathtaking view of the mountains and surrounding nature. Waking up to the sunrise over the peaks and relaxing on the balcony in the evening was unforgettable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the whole experience felt peaceful and refreshing. Everything here was great; we especially liked the spacious and well-equipped kitchen. Check in was easy, and the staff provided for everything we needed (extra bedding, coffee, etc). In all, we enjoyed our stay very much and would certainly stay here again.

A 1 night stay up in the Mountains as your away from everything. Your about a 20 min drive to Golden which does have a few restaurants and has basic amenities what is needed. It’s peaceful up here as there’s mountain biking and hiking among other outdoor activities. This property is nice, as I did get this room on a discount through expedias website.

Booked intp Palliser Lodge, check in was at Glacier Lodge. Upon arrival it was clear Palliser Lodge was unstaffed apart from housekeeping. I wasnt comfortable with that & the receptionist at Glacier Lodge was very kind & provided me with a room at Glacier Lodge. It was a very comfortable room, quiet room.

The property is getting a bit outdated and it’s showing. The unit was very clean, however sinks were slow to drain, bathroom door handle falling off, blinds are broken and dated. Good enough value for the money - but a few upgrades would really make this unit much more appealing.

Super noisy. They advertised a sauna, there was no sauna and the hot tub was not a proper hot tub, more of a warm pool. No staff on sight, everything around it was closed because of the “shoulder season”.

We were at Kicking Horse from June 24-26 and because it was before official summer holidays, not a lot of services were available. There was only one restaurant at the bottom of the hill. Cafe was not open (even though the person at the front desk told me it should be). The gondola is not working so no ability to go to the top of the mountain. My son had fun on the MTB trains on the lower half, which he got to by taking the ski lift. As for our accommodations, we were in the Palliser Lodge, which needs some maintenance. Most of the windows would not open - the opening mechanism seemed to be stripped and turning the window crank did nothing. I appreciated having a full kitchen but the stove didn’t consistently work. We also had a hot tub and I found broken glass on the balcony. A bit more care at cleaning and maintaining the rooms would make a huge difference.
