No heat. When its minus 21 outside and you can feel the cold coming threw the windows.

Emergency purpose room only
Was an emergency extra night stay due to weather. Could not accommodate parking car+trailer. Had to leave 300M away and walk along snowy road to reach room. (Sidewalks were impassable - not Motel fault) No hangers in closet area. Forced air heat system - could not control temp, but at least relatively quiet. Room access via narrow laneway. No coffee/tea maker.

It is time to invest money in cleaning up this hotel. It could use proper caulking in the bathroom, new paint everywhere, fixing and stabilizing of the toilets, and leveling of floors so when walking on the laminate it does not crack under your feet.

I like cleanliness. New renovated washroom and kitchen. Marble countertops. TV channels all available. Friendly owners (Staff and Manager). If i go again i stay at Borden Inn and Suites.
