Inexpensive but extremely outdated
The hotel was clean, but was so incredibly outdated. The carpet in the room looked like it had been there for 30 years. Same with the curtains and lighting. When you walked in, it was a very drab feeling versus a brighter, more inviting room.

Clean, comfortable, spacious room. Breakfast buffet was good- the brunch option was a nice touch too- not much choice, but good to be able to grab soup/sandwich/drink before check in. It's a little bit outside the centre, but not so far that you're away from things- the walk from the metro is up a big hill though, so not one to be done with a suitcase! I was happy with my stay- and booked to come back a week later after the rest of my trip. They have a luggage store so you can leave bags before/after check out if needed.

Great location, amazing breakfast, fast wifi and a huge room. We weren’t expecting such a large room in Europe but it was an excellent stay for us and our 10 month old. Amazing breakfast had lots of options and the staff were quick to attend to any empty dishes. The brunch was a nice bonus if you were there in the afternoon. We arrived early and they had a locked luggage room as well for us which was great. Highly recommended for the price.

The Hotel was in a great location, near Tram #22, which takes you to Prague Castle. Breakfast was very good, lots of choices, great lunch too! The staff were always polite and kind, always willing to help you. The rooms were very comfortable and very clean! I would recommend this place, especially because of the location and cleaniness.

Nice for a family stay
We stayed at the hotel for a special occasion. The staff were really helpful, and the breakfast offering was really good. The hotel is close to the bus and train. The hotel allowed us to leave our luggage on our last day, leaving us free to roam luggage free.

I would have given 5* but giving 3* because of the rude reception lady. She had an attitude with me since I checked in I don’t know why. She should focus on improving her behaviour or get a back office job not customer facing. Apart from that location is great. It’s a 15 mins walk from the main station and 50 mins walk from Prague Castle. You can easily walk without public transport. Also it’s located on the main street so not outskirts. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was okay. Nothing very good but still convenient. Atmosphere not really good just because of the staff. I would recommend this for short stay probably a day or two. For longer than that look for hotels more closer to the tourists attractions.
