We had already boked and paid before arriving at the hotel, but they did not believed us, not even we showed our bank transactions, after many calls and half an hour, they let us to go to the room. In the back of the hotel was a night club and they played a terrible musik until almost two o'clock. When I called and complained about the noise, the receptionist was so rude and arrogant and said " it's friday, and it's normal and it is as it is". We could not rest at all.
