The hotel looks like it has been upkept and remodeled. I had a great time staying here. The website gives you all the details of everything available to do at the resort. The food was average to good, depending on the day, some days it was great and other days it felt like the food had been heated for a long time. The activities were fun but heads up that they are randomly canceled without notice. The staff pressure a bit to listen to a time share presentation and offer quite a few perks. It is not at the north side of the Zona hotelera so travel to places there can be a good 15 minute drive. The hotel is constantly being cleaned, so it's always looking sharp. Bring a tumbler yeti for your bar drinks, because the cups they offer are a bit too small - but unlimited refills though. The great part of this, compared to other hotels, is that you DO not have to pre-book at the individual restaurants, its a first come first serve reservation type. I really enjoyed my time here.

Upon arrival the staff was attentive. The resort itself was very clean and had breath taking views! Beach and pools were a clean, fun place for children & adults with many activities. Buffet and restaurants served outstanding food. Every meal was delicious and fresh. Our room was cleaned everyday. Overall 10/10 experience. We also booked a spa package that was done phenomenally!! I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to visit Cancun!

Friendly staff! It is a family resort or there’s lots of family oriented activities. With that being said bars also closed at 11pm. Unfortunately room service is not available 24/7. Rooms were good, cleaned everyday which was a plus! Staff was very friendly and helpful also very attentive! This hotel is for families, so you will see a lot of kids running around but this did not affect us! Outdoor pool was good, we mostly stayed down by the beach which is much more relaxing than the pool area. The food was good, but I get it, family-oriented Hotel so expect more food for the little ones. Personally, I expected more sea food selection. The Restaurants where amazing! We did have to wait about 1 1/2 hours to gets seats @ The Big Ben, but it was worth it! Drinks were available at all bars; drinks were served quickly didn't have to wait too long.

Staff is amazing! They are extremely kind. The food is okay. They don’t have much entertainment. The pools are pretty good and they look clean. Overall it’s a good place. It has a great location, but the definitely need to improve the entertainment.
