However, we were unpleasantly surprised to find that the room wasn't fully clean. The water bottles provided were already half-empty, and the glasses had clearly been used. We had a great stay at the hotel! The location was perfect you can walk to the city center in just a few minutes, and there is an underground station and tram line close by. The room was big, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. We would stay here again!

Lovely, helpful staff and easy check-in/check-out. Great location, close to U-Bahn station and shops. Very modern reception area. Room also modern, apart from the bathtub and some minor things in the room made us feel like it was a little short of 4 star (shower head rubber had worn away, so it wouldn’t stay high enough for us to get under it, toilet seat didn’t fit to end of the toilet rim, small patch where tiles had broken replaced with just grout) - minor things, didn’t affect our stay/enjoyment.
