This is a mixed bag review as the staff were very welcoming and friendly, the villa perfectly met our needs & was in great condition but there were slips in the standard of service that didn't meet expectations.
Firstly, we were offered a private transfer from the airport. I've had many of these on previous holidays & private means for and your travel party, so imagine our surprise to have to share a small SVU with two other hotel guests & each of us charged €25 - so €50 for a 10 min drive!
The hotel manager gave us a tour of our 2-bed villa & made a point of telling us that we would receive a bottle of water, coffee capsules, hot tub cleaning & bins emptied everyday, there's even a welcome letter that says this, but these things did not happen daily. We arrived on Friday evening our bins were not emptied until Sunday because I asked & then they forgot to do the kitchen bin, so that wasn't emptied until Monday. At times i had to ask for coffee capsules and a change of pool towels.
We were never given another bottle of water after our arrival on Friday! I asked both housekeeping & the hotel manager & asked for water on Sunday & Monday - we never got another bottle during our 7-day stay(even though I saw them give another group of hotel guests more bottles of wine whenever they asked(you get 1 bottle on arrival), I'm not bothered that we didn't get more wine but if you say you provide water daily, do so. Staff are nice but they need to up their game before the peak season
