Stayed with my wife and 2 kids (9yrs and 1yr olds) was located central as you could go to any of the beaches driving everything including cenotes was about 20min drive. Located in town in a secure neighborhood helped when we needed to buy grocery’s (5mins away) will definitely stay here again! Would recommend getting a rental (FYI dont buy the rental company coverage if you have chase sapphire it covers you and Id asume any major credit card that has travel rewards would as well)

Just wow! The apartment was spacious, comfortable, very modern and beautifully decorated. Top notch design! Importantly, it was also quiet, clean and bug free! The view of the jungle from the top bedroom and terrace was amazing! The property is surrounded by the forest, so you wake up to wonderful bird calls. I loved the trail through the woods to the swimming pool, which was so relaxing surrounded by lush greenery. The architecture of the pool is lovely, clean water, and it was never crowded. The concierge was very responsive and we had every comfort we needed. A wonderful vacation!!!

The property is beautiful, the area is amazing. Plenty of room in the apartment, 2 rooms, one with a king bed the other with 2 single beds. If you have a car there are 2 spots for 6 apts, so, you may leave your car at 30 meters away from the property, no big deal, inside of the gated comunity. Feels very safe in Zama, it is a growing community that will have everything.

The apartment and pool area are really great! Exactly like the photos online. Great value for money and perfect for a family stay. The pool was never really busy and often we had it to ourselves. The site is quite new and still being built so you can expect building noise particularly when at the pool. This is difficult to avoid in Tulum as there are new developments everywhere it seems.

Wonderful place. Clean. Amenities are on point complete with knives, scissors, etc. Just be warned that it gets really hot during the day that the top bedroom also gets too hot. The ceiling is so high and I do not think there’s a barrier between the inside and the outside because you can literally hear everything from outside. There are also no black out curtains in the bedrooms.

Great villa for family. Fantastic design and very relaxing. Few minor issues which were rectified by owner quickly. Pool was amazing. Still very new area so it’s quiet and being developed. A car is very handy in and around Tulum as it’s so spread out with lots to see and do but taxis are available. Lots of quirky cafes, food was better in the area near villa than the main strip.

We stayed in a three bedroom villa. Everything was perfect with the exception of the AC in the upstairs room and one of the rooms downstairs. Climate was muggy so it made for uncomfortable sleeping. I would suggest extra fans. We were out and about most days and could not sit and wait for anyone to come fix it. Had we had some fans around, it would have made the stay absolutely perfect. I would still give this property five stars. It’s beautiful inside and out.

We loved Lumina at Losantos. The condo unit was beautiful and well-decorated. Everything was clean and in good shape for use. The fridge was brand new and all the appliances worked well. They even had a Nespresso machine :) Outside was very quiet. The property had quite a bit of construction as they are building more condos in the area. The pool area is peaceful and beautifully decorated. Looks great even at night. The gym is excellent. They use Life Fitness equipment and it's all brand new. I loved using their gym. The staff is very friendly. Carlos in the building manager was very friendly and our gatekeeper (forget his name) always greeted us with a smile. The location is in the jungle but they just created a new road that connects to the main highway so entering and exiting from Lumina is super easy. They other road takes longer to get out of the jungle area. We will definitely be coming back! I'm sure in a years time, this area is going to be very busy as more condos are getting built in the area.
