Absolute ridiculous… dont pay for breakfast or half board meals are like homeless people offering meal waste of money %1000 i have booked half board i even had to pay for a drink of coke dont waste your money it doesnt worth £20 a night … i was going to wash my face water colour was like a pee 😫😫😫

There’s room for improvement.
The room was ok, but beds need new mattresses, because existing ones are uncomfortable. Also the rooms could do with updating as they look like the mid 80's. Staff was friendly and helpful. Food could be more varied and not so subject to the taste of the English guests. What bothered us was that English guests would get drunk in the evening and there wasn’t any quiet over the night on the balconies as well as on the streets around the hotel. I know that hotel stuff can’t do anything against uproar in the streets, but they could put up signs that guests should keep noise down or that the hotel must be quiet between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m.
