Upon arrival I was a little worried that due to the size and quantity of rooms, we would be forgotten about and not receive the 5 Star hotel experience but we were wrong! This was the most gorgeous hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The staff, from the front desk throughout the entire property, were super helpful! It was an enormous place and easy to get lost in, but it was also extremely comfortable and luxurious. Will definitely be staying here again when we visit next!

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very clean and welcoming, and the staff were all so friendly and helpful. A special thanks to the team at the club lounge – they were absolutely amazing! This location is very nice , we as a family like the mandarin oriental locations .. this one was excellent .. It’s far from what we need to do however it’s stunning am the kids loved the pools . Overall magnificent everything .. we had the connecting family suite .. everything was perfect .. over the top great service

The hotel was great - lovely beach and pool area. Even though the property is huge, our room was close to the family pool / beach / playground area which made everything very accessible. The restaurants are great. And even though the hotel tends to get a lot of visitors (who are not guests), they've done a nice job keeping certain areas only for guests.
