I loved this boutique hotel. They stay was relaxing and quaint. The breakfast was the best part where you get it freshly made and you can enjoy it in the garden! Staff was also excellent.

A-K-R-A-M, Akram was very friendly and enthusiastic when we arrived. The singing and dancing was a lovely touch and he made us feel welcome. He was very helpful and gave us a personalised welcome when leavkng the hotel for evening meal. The facilities were clean and our room was cleaned each morning with fresh bottles of water provided - a great addition for the heat! Would definitely recommend.

We chose this hotel for the location. The property itself met our expectations to a mid-level hotel that is virtually indistinguishable from other chain hotels in that class in other big cities. But what made this stay special were the two gentlemen that served as the single point of contact for all interactions in the small lobby. Whether day or evening both were incredibly courteous and efficient. We also had a great conversation about Egypt when we lingered a bit in the morning and this has become inspiration for a future adventure. So five stars for the personal touch at this otherwise standard hotel.

10/10 Exceptional

The hotel is situated right on the main shopping street in Nice which was perfect for us to visit all the area on foot. The staff were all very friendly and helpful pointing out all the places to visit. The room was very clean modern and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable. We didn’t have breakfast as we wanted to experience eating breakfast al fresco at the many local restaurants. Overall a wonderful holiday in a lovely vibrant historic town.

Not really four stars of hotel, very small reception, one staff only and very small lift. Room is quite new, and with comfort bed. But, I will not choose it again

10/10 Exceptional

The hotel was a short walk to the train, and close to the beach. It was very clean and seemed like a newer property. It had multiple outlets for us to connect and charge electronics. Loved that it was loft style so the main bed was upstairs and then it had 2 single pull out couches in the lower level. The shower and toilet were separate which was great and it had a hallway door in case you didn’t want to wake those sleeping on the lower level while you showered. They also gave us water bottles every day and the first day they provided sodas and beer too. The only thing I was surprised about was that they didn’t have beach towels but aside from this everything was great.

10/10 Exceptional

The hotel was immaculately clean and pristine, with all the essentials available. The location is excellent — right in the center, surrounded by restaurants and supermarkets, with easy access to both tram and bus lines. All the staff at Best western Alba made all the difference. The front desk checked us in early when our flight landed and gave genuine recommendations, not just a map. Steven went out of his way to help us resolve our issues, and we felt right at home. We would book here again in an instant!

Very clean room, helpful staff. It is a pedestrian street and no one to help with luggage to the corner of the street. Difficult for us.
