Why I stayed
The price I paid for my room was great. The appearance of my room was disappointed. The bathroom door had a hole punch into the door. The carpet look dirty and dingy. My room was for twin bed. The room was very small. I didn't expect much for the price I paid. I was told transportation from the airport was provided and it's NOT. You can take the bus, it will cost about $7.00 dollars. You can also take taxis it will cost €35.00.

Avoid !!
A truly terrible hotel. Both rooms were dirty and had stains on the bedding and floors the bathrooms were a disgrace , hairs in multiple places, no loo roll holders, no shower head holders, the flush on both cisterns didnt work properly ,no plug in the basin , selotape covering over a split wire on the hair dryer , broken loo seats , no working lock on the loo door and one of the bathrooms stank , and to cap it all three of our group were covered in bits after one night rest assured we wont be staying again.

Not as I expected it
I was not too happy with the hotel, there is no air condition in the room, the hotel is in an isolated industrial area quite but no live. As far as I know, all hotels supply the rooms with kettle, coffee and tea and complementary water. There is no such things in this hotel. The only one good thing is the receptionist, they are friendly. I am not sure that I can recommend this hotel to any one, with the same price you can get much better hotels in the city centre.

Worst hotel ever- DO NOT STAY HERE
This was honestly the worst hotel I've ever been to and it was so disappointing. After 30 minutes of arrival, I decided to move out to another hotel because there was no way I would be staying here. No air conditioning on a hot summer day, smells disgusting, staff is unhelpful and unfriendly.

Avoid this hotel
Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Filthy, terrible service and in the middle if no where. Bugs in the rooms to top it all off. Avoid at all costs.

OK if you only need clean room and bed
Went to the Paris Air Show and stayed here because of proximity (1.5 mi) and price (low). Convenient for bus (1 blk from hotel, 15 min to PAS) but in middle of industrial park. Breakfast at hotel was passable, no dinner or meal service. Room was just OK though clean. Halls kind of grungy. Well away from train to Paris. 20 min bus ride to Charles de Gaul Airport, so this worked well. If you are only going to "hang your hat," which many of us did to PAS, it was fine but the Ritz it ain't.

Horrible Digusting All Over
Most Horrible Experience of my life. Disgusted very very poor quality all over. I felt to have been cheated by misrepresentation of Hotel.com for it to be a 3 three star property there is a list of things which proves it to fail this claim by the hotel. Bed linen was reused just onexample. I should have my money back

Middle of nowhere, dirty and smells mouldy
the outside of the hotel looks very unkept and it is a bit hard to get there without GPS. Only one elevator that is available and extremely slow and dirty. The top bed cover has some sort of holes bunt into it and looked very dirty, we didn't use it we just slept with the sheets and the room was very cold. the bathroom is small and smelled VERY mouldy and the toilet was running for a log time. Very uncomfortable and dirty overall.

it is a very run down hotel,
hotel is not maintain to any standard, I was surprised if it is rated with any star. it is so run down that I thought it is an abandoned building from far. room is old and furniture and fittings is either old, damaged and damaged with badly repaired. room is small and not comfortable. This is worst experience I have for the past tens years.

Slightly better than hell.
The Balladins Aulnay Garronor shouldn't be allowed. Dingy, dirty, uncomfortable, inaccessible and noisy are the words that best describe it. Our toilet didn't work properly, and then it ran all night. The shower and the toilet and the sink were all open except for a curtain. The sound of the creaky elevator resonated through the room all night like the sound of whales looking for love in the Pacific ocean. Beds were quite uncomfortable. Room was tiny. It's over a half mile through industrial park to the nearest restaurant, which wasn't much to speak of. You'll need to bring bottled water, the tap water is awful, and there's no place to buy it anywhere near the hotel unless you hire a Sherpa for a guide. Avoid it. You have been warned.

Holding itself back
Hotel appears to actively disguise its transport links with Paris. The 350 bus runs half hourly, from a stop 5 minutes walk away (turn right at the roundabout, past the cemetary and take the road on the right after the motorbike track), and costs 2 euro for a 40 minute journey. This information cannot be gleaned in the hotel.

One Week Stay - No hot water ...AT ALL
One very pleasant manager who spoke great english and was helpful. Hot water was out completely and never fixed during my stay. I don't mind basic hotels....but this place is in a bad location and has seen better days. However, the rest of the staff had no clue and even though I stayed a week would hassle me as to wether or not I was a guest. Two security gates to enter the property and in the middle of absolutely nowhere. Only freezing cold water for a week ( every day was told it would be fixed tomorrow) was unacceptable and no staff member was even slightly empathetic. In fact when I asked each night if the hot water was back ...staff were aggravated as if it was my problem only. NO offer of free breakfast etc. IN fact , one night I rented a room in PARIS by gare de Nord so that I could shower and shave at least once in the 6 days I was there.

Get's the job done, bare bones
It you are just looking for a no-frills hotel that "get's the job done:" this is it...very high price:value ratio for a hotel, but no phone in the room, no dinner options, only 1 restaraunt within walking distance...internet is free (BIG PLUS) and front desk staff speaks English well so that works, but you are in the middle of an industrial park so the surroundings feel like warehouses and office buildings

Do not stay at this place!
I, along with five of my colleagues, was booked in to stay at this 'hotel' for two months as we are carrying out some work in France. Apart from breakfast, the hotel restaurant was closed for the summer and as the hotel is situated in an industrial estate, there was simply nowhere to get something to eat. There is no kettle in the room and I had no running water at all in my room for two days. During a heat wave, I couldn't even maintain the basics of personal hygiene. I hated every second of my stay here and I would highly reccommend anyone else to save themselves the hassle by just staying somewhere else.

8/10 Very good

Best with a car... Good price!
This hotel is located in an industrial/commercial business center. Great if you have a car, or if you are crashing before heading to the Airport. I enjoyed my 8-9 day stay regardless of the remote hotel location. The staff were really nice and very helpful translators. The breakfast was filling and worth the 7.5 Euro's (try to find breakfast cheaper). The rooms were clean but hot (no AC), I was there end of July. The 350 bus is right out front and will take you to the north end of Paris for about 2 Euro (bus doesn't run late...so plan ahead)! Also plan to bring food to munch on... there is nothing open past 8pm. Good place for the price! Not the Hilton... so drop your expectations or dish out some cash and stay somewhere else!

Unfriendly staff
The room was small which would be fine if it was close to Paris it's so far away even the taxi's couldn't find it. There were no facilities in the room for coffee . The gentlemen on afternoon and overnight at the the front desk was helpful when I had a request , but overall staff are unfriendly. day shift staff were chilly and barely gave me the time of day. I would not recommend this place not a happy stay.
