I had an amazing stay for my 30th birthday thank you to the staff. I received a treat in my room which was so thoughtful. The room was gorgeous and extremely clean. Great location in Manchester, beautiful spa facilities. Rooms not that exciting compared to other hotels in Manchester. Bar staff very rude and dismissive, however the welcome was friendly at reception. Rather pleasant stay. Room was excellent. Very very comfortable bed. Gym facilities were also excellent. Great equipment. Food was also very nice. However, was not a fan of the scrambled eggs at breakfast, seemed watery and slightly raw. I also would like to make a special mention to Rafat who was absolutely exceptional member of the team who went above and beyond with room service. Rafat was extremely pleasant, kind and very very helpful. So thankyou for the kind hospitality shown Rafat. 5 star service! And that service alone is why I will be returning!
