The hotel room was clean, but the condition wasn't the best, i.e. water damage in the bathroom, it was missing the shower curtain when we first got there and had to ask for one. There was no microwave in the room or couch/chair. The TV was small. The pool itself was the best part of the stay.

Check-in was a breeze and the staff were very friendly and eager to help. The room was spacious which was very accommodating to my special needs as someone who travels with dialysis equipment and medications. The room was spotless clean (very important) and the beds were ultra comfortable. The highlight though was the mineral pools and spa. If i had to critique anything i would say that the in room bathroom was a little small and i didn't like the toilet as it didn't always flush completely.
