Over all building and grounds decent. Breakfast was good. Price was reasonable for just using it for a place to sleep.very short staffed with desk clerk coming and going having to wait to get back to desk. Place had some shady people there middle of night not caring how much noise they were making

By far the worst experience ever! Save yourself the time & energy. Stay out of Shadeland Ave. Town is in a poverty community. Hotel is gross, heard gun shots while taking my pup out in the middle of the night. Stay away!!!!!!!

One Night for Local Tourney
Just an overnight while in Indy for a volleyball tourney. Was convenient and rated fairly high so decided to stay there. No regrets. Worked out well. Decent free breakfast. Seemed fairly clean and well kept, although I can’t say we did a thorough inspection.

It was an okay stay. The room was nice but there were stains on some towels and bedding. The breakfast was decent for free. No frills. There were some shady guests that looked like drug addicts. It was cheap so can't expect much.
