虹橋空港からも近く、日本領事館にも近いので日本人が多い町です。どこに 行くのも便利な立地です。
ゆったりしていて気が休まるホテルです。各部屋でフリーWiFIが使えるのが 便利です。

まあ良い方のホテルでした。次回泊まるかと聞かれれば、泊まると答えます。
設備は古くなってます。バスタブのレバーを上下どちらにしても、湯がたまらなけて、3泊とも湯に浸かれませんでした。 これを除けば、合格点です。

便利な場所のホテル
仕事で移動するにも、迎えの車が判りやすく、大変便利です。 休日も、中山公園が近く、散歩するにも、良い場所です。近隣に日本レストランが 多くあり、すごし易いです。

エグゼクティブフロアのチェックアウトがダメ
いつも6時半のチェックアウト時間にいくと、対応しないで、2階のフロントでしろと言われる。 何のために高い金払っているかわからない。 6時半という立て看板をしているにも関わらず、まだ対応できない、コンピュータが動かないなどと馬鹿言い訳をされる。 すでに5回以上同じ対応。

ロケーションがいいホテル
かなり以前に宿泊したホテルだったので、今回宿泊して老朽化を感じた。 中国のホテルでは、よく問題になるが隅々の清掃が出来ていないことが水回りに見られた。

いいですよ
仕事、レジャーでよく利用しています。全然問題ありません。トイレがウォシュレットなのが最高です。但し地下鉄駅までは１０分強かかります。はじめてジムを利用しました。（日本人スタッフに利用方法を聞きました。）ひげ剃りは言わないと持ってきてくれないのが残念です。（常備して欲しいです）

虹橋、古北地区の活動にはとても便利
自分が活動する上で非常に便利なホテルです。２階のATMで元も下せるし 部屋は落ち着ける造りになっています。ルームサービスもきっちりしてい るので安心して利用できます。難点はタクシーが来ない事。結局外で拾う 事の方がおおくなります。入口にゲートがあるのが問題のようです。

浦東空港から直通バス（3番乗り場）が出ています。２４ＲＭＢでとても便利です。
とても便利なホテルです。浦東空港からのバス（２４ＲＭＢ）も便利ですが、虹橋空港や新幹線の駅へも地下鉄10号線伊梨駅（徒歩15分ぐらい）が利用できます（４ＲＭＢ）。ホテルの近くには、日本食レストラン、高級ショッピングモール、日本食材のスーパーマーケットなどあります。今回は、北海道物産展をやっていました。びっくり。日本でもあまり行ったことないのに…

過ごしやすいホテル
何度となく上海には来ていますが、初めて泊まってみました。チェックインからチェックアウトまでネット環境も含めて、まったくストレスなく過ごせました。少し部屋が乾燥気味な点と、ミネラルウォーターが５００ｍｌ2本あればいいのにという点が気になるポイントでした。

素晴らしいサービス
空港バス３号線のバス停が目の前にあり空港へのアクセスは良かったです。地下鉄の駅までは徒歩１０分くらいなので市内へはタクシーを利用しました。毎日ハウスキーピングされ清潔度は問題ありませでしたが、エアコンが効いてなかったので部屋の中は暑かったです。

日本人スタッフが常駐している。日本人スタッフの勤務時間は8:00～20:00。 ホテルまでのアクセスは、 浦東国際空港よりエアポートバス(LINE 3)で終点のバス停が銀河賓館。バス料金は24元。また、地下鉄10号線の伊犁路駅まで徒歩で約5分と非常に便利。地下鉄10号線の駅には、観光名所が多く、豫園・新天地等にも乗り換え無しで行ける。 ホテル近くには、上海中央公園や高島屋デパートもありホテル周辺でも十分楽しめる。

手ごろな値段で綺麗なホテル
部屋の掃除も行き届いていて、清潔感があります。 次回の出張でも使用したいです。希望はもう少し料金がヂスカウントできれば もっと良いです。環境も高速が近くにありながら静かで、良いです。
