The staff is friendly and ready to help. Bathroom floors and accommodation floor were disgusting. All black between the ceramics. On my last 2 nights I slept on the floor, I thought I hurt my back swimming but only realised it was the bed that was horrible when I needed help to get up on the checkout time.

We travelled from New Jersey to Botucatu to Sao Paulo then finally to beautiful amazing Recife. An amazing experience, beautiful hotel, loving people, from the first day we checked in to the last day. They even put away our bags after we checked out for us to spend more time at the beach then provided towels and let us shower by the pool. I will definitely stay there again and recommend this hotel. If you want a night life action you just have to take a Uber which they are super friendly.

Muy lindo el hotel con un desayuno variado y una pileta en el edificio de al lado que se accede interiormente con jacuzzi. En relación al personal muy atento y servicial. Tuvimos un percance qué se nos perdió el celular y documentos en el ascensor y el personal lo retuvo en recepción para entregarlo a nosotros. Agradecidos y contentos de haber pasado por allí en nuestro paso por Recife.
