Check in was ok, very casual.
The room was ok, but everything was very tired, a bit gruby even.
The air conditioning didn't work, I was told that it's the time of year for heating, so they isolated my room from it, still very hot and I slept with the window open, so didn't sleep well with noise from the street.
It was late evening when I arrived but I wanted to get something to eat, the downstairs bar was very loud with live music. I asked for a menu and was given a QR code.
I went to the top floor bar, it was very smoky. Had a drink and some chips, but everything seems like it was a lot of effort for the staff. They were not smart, sitting, drinking, smoking and eating.
It could be a really nice hotel, but just not looked after. Some areas looked like they were in the middle of being renovated, plaster showing, doors blocked, but no actual sign of work.
I was supposed to stay 2 nights but left after 1 and found somewhere else.
