Decent, but needs much improvement
We booked and prepaid for three rooms. We were told that the staff was behind and that we could check in between 3-3:30 pm. We went back at 3:30 and was told that our party was on two different floors, as we were assured was not the case previously, that we hadn’t indeed prepaid, and that our rooms, with the exception of 1, were still not ready. Note that we were watching people in front of us actively check in. After telling the gal that was helping us that the other front desk staff had assured us previously that we were on the same floor, she preceded to whisper to the other staff in our presence. The other staff, Dana, came over and informed us that we were on the same floor, as the other girl was trying to check in a member not of our party. Still, we only had one room ready. We were told that we were a priority and all packed into one room to wait for a text letting us know that our other rooms were ready. The other rooms weren’t ready until just before 5:00 pm. Also, we needed another pillow, we had 3 for a king, and I was told to come down and get it myself. When the rest of our party received their room keys, the first girl that helped us told them, “apparently I’m not qualified.” We finally got all checked in and enjoyed the casino and restaurant. After coming back, we attempted to watch tv, but it kept freezing up, which made that impossible. Another of our guests had a leak in their bathroom and the tv was completely without service the day of checkout. Too bad!

There was an absolutely amazing employee that made our experience fantastic. I dont remember her name but her personality was as amazing as her fire red hair. Maybe the name pookie will help as well. Its something special when someone goes above and beyond to provide you with such a memorable experience. Thank you! We will be back.

Terrible stay. Not worth it.
This experience was one of the worst hotel experiencesnive ever had. When i got to the room, there was still trash scattered around the room. The bed was roughly made, and the Fire alarm went off around midnight causing my wife and i to say out in the cold for an hour!!

It was ok
Room wasn’t ready at 4:00pm. Finally got into room at 4:50. Wanted to go swimming because they show they have a pool, but no such thing, I was told I would have to go to their sister hotel. Room was small but was decorated nicely, and clean. Only thing I found was the shower curtain was very dirty and moldy.

My only complaint was is the photos show a swimming pool and a hot tub. This was not the case. These were photos of a sister property, not the actual hotel which I find somewhat aggravating.

Only really big complaint I had was I felt a little deceived. All the photos for the hotel show a swimming pool and hot tub after arriving. I found out that’s it their sister facility. If I would’ve known that, I would’ve stayed at the other facility, other than that it was OK.
