I booked room for 1 night. I checked in the evening was in my room for and hour. I realized the AC is not at all cooling the room. It was a warm day. Me and my family left for exploring Toronto and I requested at front desk to get my AC fixed. They said they will look into it. I called them around 9 PM to confirm whether they fixed it and they said yes. We came back around 2 AM straight went to bed. The entire night AC was not working we all could not properly sleep. While checking out in the morning when I complained in the front desk they said they will look into it and give me a call. They never called its been a week.

Well I definitely won’t stay here again, and expected more from a Marriott. There was no airport shuttle, even though it advertised one. When I asked the front desk about it, they said, “Yeah, we need to update that. We don’t have a shuttle.” There was 1 half gallon of ice cream in the market that had already been opened and was mostly emptied. When we inquired at the desk if they had any more ice cream that was unopened, they said no. It was still in the market freezer for sale the next day. Gross! There was no complementary coffee, water, or breakfast available in the morning and after I purchased a cup of coffee for $6, the cream was empty. There are charges on my credit card from the hotel I don’t recognize. They are still pending, so I’m hoping they will be reversed or I’ll have to contact the bank and request a new card, which is an inconvenience to say the least.

Not as expected for the cost.
Room was cozy but AC unit was unusable because of a bad musty smell. Balcony was unusable because of noise from 401, all in all I wouldn't return here again without a south facing room and a guarantee that I can use the AC without it affecting my allergies.

Disappointing food service
There is a bar/restaurant on site but it is questionable whether kind of priority is given to staffing. At dinner time we had to inquire if it was even open because staff were no where to be found and it was not obvious the facility was even functional. We Ubered to a restaurant nearby to get something to eat.
