When we tried to check in , our booking was found but then we were told we had to pay the outstanding bill first . We had already paid for our stay on line , the receptionist couldn't see that on her screen .so i had to prove it to her via the expedia app . She blamed expedia for not sharing the info with them . Not a good start to our holiday . No fridge in our room 😕 temp in Stockholm was between 24°c and 29°c whilest we were here. The temp control in the room is locked and cant be adjusted. We did complain about this to reception but they said other guests had also complained and they were trying to find a remedy . Absolutely terrible situation that you cant adjust the room temp . The breakfast service and food was excellent though . The gym was also very good 👍

Good with exception - the music. It was annoying. I get if they want it in the lobby, but they should turn off the speakers on the 2nd floor work spaces near the gym. If you want to get work done it’s very diffIcult with the annoying distracting music with vocals.

Glowing 5 star review for Comfort Hotel at Friends Arena in Stockholm. We were a group of 4 that stayed 2 nights in 2 rooms during the Taylor Swift show. It was suuuuper sold out, and still felt seamlessly organized. This hotel blew us away with their attention to detail and going the extra mile. Obviously they played TS music 24/7 - and they even had "13" temporary tattoos at check in. Taylor themed drinks, after party pizza, photo booth, a friendship bracelet trading station, and super decorated elevators & lobby. Staff was dressed up with sparkles and cowboy hats and super engaged and friendly no matter what hour of the day. They even had makeup artists there for hours before the show to help guests with finishing looks - for free!! They are also great at solving problems when things don't go perfectly. They helped us out printing a voucher for merch when we lost ours. There was a mysterious large wet spot on one bed at midnight when we came back from the concert and the front desk staffer himself brought brand new linens ASAP. Wildly allergy friendly breakfast (solid options for no dairy, no gluten, vegan etc). When I say that this place *was* the vibes for Taylor Swift, I'm not exaggerating. It absolutely made our stay easy, memorable and so fun. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!

Outstanding stay!
What a fantastic find! Our stay at this hotel was incredible from beginning to end. The staff was so attentive, the food was great and the atmosphere was comfortable and relaxing. We attended a concert at the Friends Arena just a few steps away. Can’t wait to return!

This hotel was beyond amazing during the Taylor Swift concert. The location is right next to the Friends Arena. The hotel staff was very friendly and the hotel offered so much to help the guests enjoy the concert experience. Also, I am celiac and had excellent service with plenty of gluten free options at breakfast. I can highly recommend this hotel.
