It’s not all five star at all. There are a wonderful places to stay in Argentina. This is not one of them. It’s more like a 2 to 3 star hotel. Plain rooms, dirty carpet, little service, I mean it’s fine but it’s like a 2 to 3 star. I’ve stayed at a five star Buenos Aires and there are great. This is not one of them simply false advertise.

The following day I went there to speak with the manager and the manager of the front desk received my promising that was going to investigate the issue and get back to me but I have never heard back from him. Definitely the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. As all the negative reviews say. THE POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE FAKE. You cannot do business from this hotel. I had misfortune if staying here for 8 nights. I asked for an iron every morning (the rooms do not have them). It never arrived despite multiple assurances it would. The room does not have power in the bedroom, only the bathroom so forget charging your devices here. The staff do not care. It was my first time visiting Argentina and this hotel makes me not want to come back.
