Disappointing
We stayed for three nights after visiting Iguazu Falls and staying at the Belmond. We paid the same price for three nights at both hotels and the 'come down' at the Loi Suites was remarkable.With a couple of exceptions the staff were disinterested and unhelpful. On our second day we arrived back at the hotel just after a large tourist group had checked in and there was a massive queue for the lifts. We asked where the stair were and were told they couldn't be used and were only for emergencies. A whole pantomime ensued with us being taken to -2 to get a lift (down the stairs!), so essentially pushing in front of all those waiting on 0.
The room was shabby and the bathroom dated. The breakfast was unappealling but the coffee was great!
Very disappointing - wiouldn't return.
