Foi uma estadia de uma noite, que não precisava fazer a reserva de 2 unidades, pois contava com 2 quartos, um com cama de casal e outro com 2 camas de solteiro, além de uma sala com sofá. A qualidade está na média, acabei descobrindo outras opções de hospedagem com melhor qualidade e custo benefício em comparação ao Charlie. O banheiro foi um problema, além de pouco espaço no vaso sanitário, a água de ambos os quartos não descia pelo ralo, não suporta a vazão. O Estacionamento disponível é caro e o atendimento não é bom,

Localização excelente. Próximo ao Metrô Paraíso, e ao lado de padarias e restaurantes. Possui um estacionamento embaixo do prédio que cobra 45,00 a diária. Hospedagem estilo flat, apartamento bem amplo, com cortinas blackout que bloqueiam luminosidade. Porém fica na Rua Vergueiro/Av. Paulista, o que, naturalmente, torna bem barulhento. Nada que atrapalhe.
