Poor housekeeping
The hotel is older but okay. The issues I had and thus left a day early were two. First the bugs running around in the sink. These were very small at maybe a 64th of an inch. after notifying them nothing was done to done to resolve the issue. Next was the grout in the shower. It had the start of black mold. I notified the maid and she did a small bit to clean it. Then the front desk and still not taken care of. I asked what the resort fee covered and it was to cover the parking. But the sign over the entrance to the parking garage say free parking. It covered the pool but it is closed for the season. Resort fees suck.

Inconvenient
The pool was closed for the season but it's not mentioned anywhere in the amenities. I booked this hotel assuming the pool would be open. Elevator near to the room was out of service for all 3 days of my stay, stairs were so dirty and always smelled of smoke cigarettes and weed. Another elevator was way far from the room. Passage carpets were smelling like peed on it. It wasn't a pleasant experience at all, was felt like living in cheap motels like mo***6, bud***Inn, etc. staff was good but place wasn't. I would recommend not to go by pictures on Internet or hotel websites. @hotels.com- unable to upload the pictures, website issue

Very Noisy Jackhammer Every Morning.
The stay at the Silver Sevens Casino & Hotel came with daily morning sounds of jackhammers pounding away the pool area. The front desk claims to be unaware of the construction project, when I inquire as to why wasn't this information available when I checked in. No refund was offered.
