Really convenient with the app and code sent early with clear explainations. Love it so simple. The only down sides: loud heater, not exactly like the picture but clean and trouble with the room door code at the end. The apartment is fabulous. So much nicer than a hotel. The big problem is the parking garage which even with the detailed written instructions was a nightmare to first get the parking fob and then find the correct parking area It was very frustrating.

Awful. Completely misrepresented in the listing. Construction noise, 10 min walk from street level to room through dark hallways and multiple elevators, broken toilet, super uncomfortable bed, TV randomly turning on in the middle of the waking us up...the list goes on. Avoid.

My only real complaints are how hard it is to initially find the parking area/building. As well as the room being advertised as a queen and king bed but it was actually 2 queens. It’s quite an interesting checkin and parking process but overall once we figured everything out we really enjoyed the location and stay. The view from our room was amazing.
