This hotel is beyond exceptional. We upgraded to the Premium Room. The asthetic, decour and ambiance were top notch. The ladies at the checkin Melissa and Nasro were super helpful along with another lady who's name we can't remember..Carlos at Little Daisy the senior server was unbelievable great and very helpful. So fortunate to have encountered such great people anda great hotel. This experience has just made hopefully my family Hyatt members for life.
