leah, 1-night trip

6/10 Okay

Tired and dated hotel with rooms needing an upgrade especially the bathrooms. Food was adequate but restaurants did have menu options missing each night which is very poor. In a great location and good parking and can't fault the staff
Scott, 4-night trip

10/10 Excellent

History, architecture, closeness (short walk) to Stirling castle and very good breakfast are the highlights.
Hsiu-Fen, 2-night trip

8/10 Good

Unique building - excellent lounge and library. Restaurant very good.
Thomas, 2-night trip

6/10 Okay

The location was great, Castle and Pubs in walking distance. The hotel has aged, rooms should be renovated, (old bath room)
Bernd, 1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

The only thing missing was a pea under my princess. I can only recommend the hotel wholeheartedly. Top !
U, 1-night trip

6/10 Okay

The exterior of the property is beautiful and the staff are very helpful and polite. Unfortunately the stay was let down by old room interiors, combined with dirty appliances (blowdryer was covered in hair) and broken appliances (iron fell apart when used. Sadly wouldn’t recommend compared to other hotels of the same calibre.
Theron, 1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

The Stirling Highland Hotel is clean, and nearby to restaurants, highly-rated excursions, and historical destinations. Parking is available to guests and there are plenty of spaces (just remember to follow the prompts for registration of your vehicle per the hotel). A spa, restaurant, and bar are all available to guests on the property. I would highly recommend the Stirling Highland Hotel. We would stay again!
Kathleen, 2-night trip

10/10 Excellent

This hotel is a former school, and it's an architectural treat to see and stay in. Plenty of free parking on the hotel grounds, even in the center of Stirling. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Very convenient to everything in Stirling, which is a tourist destination without a tourist feel (no tweed/tartan shops, etc.--just a regular Scottish town with a modest castle on the top of the hill).
Paul, 1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Beautiful place. Great place for walking and exploring Stirling.
Tamara, 1-night trip

8/10 Good

Beautiful hotel, very good restaurant around
Mari, 1-night trip

6/10 Okay

The building and location are beautiful. The rooms are a little dated, the windows had little isolation.
Michelle, 2-night trip
