The Staff, especially Lisa, Andrea and Anan.. were very accommodating. The biggest issue that on my first night I was given a room (named the Landry room) which had a plumbing sanitary problem and I should have never been forced to stay in that room. Nevertheless, the next day Lisa moved me into a suitable room and everything worked out for there on.

We checked in early and were given access to the M lounge, which had light snacks, cold and warm, hot drinks, juices, alcoholic beverages. The suites were spacious and had a beautiful view of the city and Centraal station. Daily breakfast was great, we tried the M lounge breakfast the first day, but the regular breakfast at R level was actually better, in terms of variety and selection of menu plates. The staff were consistently helpful and warm. The location was super convenient in terms of bus and train, a short walk to area full of restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend.

For the price we paid, we were extremely disappointed in the Marriott. It did not reflect a 4 or 5 star hotel. Sheets are supposed to be changed every 3 days unless requested. We had a 13 night stay and our sheets were only changed on the very last night, we know this because my room mate accidentally spilled coffee on her sheet. The housekeeping was poor, sometimes our room was serviced at 8.30pm, we were constantly short of towels for 2 people, dirty coffee cups were left in the room and not replaced, when we requested bath robes, they did not have enough (and failed to communicate this with us and kept us waiting). It is in a good location and the lobby is nice but the rooms, amenities and service felt very budget.

Great location. Right across from the central train station. Also close to other public transportation. Check-in was easy and fast. The staff was very courteous and professional. The gym was adequately equipped. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
