The hotel is situated next to 3 Arena and Avicii Arena so perfect location if attending events at these places. The rooms are ver comfortable and clean

Önskade tidig incheckning men när vi kom dit var rummet inte klart! Hade underlättat för oss som reste långt att kunna komma åt rummet tidigare eftersom vi hade en tid att passa på eftermiddagen. Nu fick vi istället checka in senare istället. Det förstörde planeringen för oss! Fläckar på kuddarna och handfat. Smutsigt golv och allmänt dåligt städat. Tråkig upplevelse på en annars mycket trevlig helg!

Inte så nöjda…

Vi fick ett rum där vi skulle bo alla fyra vuxna. Rummet hade ingen ventilation överhuvudtaget. Vi påpekade det och fick til svar från nattpotiern att det enda han kunde göra var att ge oss två fläktar. Vi hade inget toalettpapper rummet, fick ringa om det också. Det hör till saken att vi skulle stanna 3 nätter. Bemötandet från nattportieren var under all kritik, så otrevlig. Däremot de som kollade på ventilationen samt kom med madrasser och papper var så serviceminded! Dagen efter fick vi byta rum, fick två rum med en dörr emellan. Snacka om annan luft och ventilation. Vi fick ett fantastiskt bemötande från dagpersonalen samt frukostpersonalen som var så trevliga. Hotellet i sig var väldigt slitet och överlag var vi lite besvikna.
