We had a great stay. We had a group of 15. Large resort with plenty to do for all ages (18-60) of our group. The only down side was the beach because of the sargassum but that was expected for this time of year. We had a great time at the pool bars. The food was surprisingly good.

It was our third time staying at the Princess resort, and although our stays are quick we really enjoy all the amenities, since the property has been renewed, you get cleaner updated rooms, if you travel with small children the waterpark was updated and is bigger which now adults n kids can enjoy. Everyone from lobby to the beach bar were excellent. A new arcade room was built next to the sport bar, and the menu there was expanded a bit. You don't get a 5 star food but it is tasty. I would definitely recommend this resort for Adults or Families, there is something for everyone.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. The restaurants were a little difficult to book but they let us know when to come back when reservations were free. The servers made all the interactions very fun. I especially enjoyed my Spa treatment with Neomi. She was very sweet and made me very comfortable. Some of the stores were closed when we didn’t expect that but I’d love to visit the resort again someday!

I stayed at the Grand Family Princess Sunset! It was upgraded all the rooms were refurnished and redone. My kids loved this place from the swim out pool, bunk beds, to the kids pools, and the kids clubs. The a la carte restaurants were designed really well, and the food was incredibly good. I was also impressed by the shows, all the dancers were professionals and live entertainment had everyone clapping. I would definitely come back to this resort. There were pools everywhere, and the main lobby was large, impressive and designed well.

This hotel was amazing, every restaurant was a different experience, food was delicious, buffets were great, good variety. There is plenty of animals on the property, they are wild animals but won't approach you or attack. Also, there is many no feeding the animals signs. The property is huge, have many activities, good music and a lot to do around. The staff were super friendly, welcoming, helpful. I would definitely come back and recommend to others.

Everything from check-in to check out was great. The resort is nice but they need more activities. The pools were Awsome never had to look for a chair. Food was good but need a little more variety like themed evenings. Breakfast was Awesome, Teppanyaki was a no-go food was way too bland they need more Asian spices and Miso Soup! The other restaurants on site were so-so! But all in all,I would return.

The property was very clean. The food was delicious and there were many choices, There were a lot of pools and they were sparkling. We saw monkeys, Cotis, raccoons, crocodiles, and lots of birds. The only reason we didn’t give it - 5 is that getting reservations for dinner was not easy or available. There also was a lack of signage or communication about the amenities, food, drinks etc so we had to ask other guests to get information. We were also overwhelmed by the concierge on the first day- we were tired and wanted to eat and rest but they were very overwhelming and didn’t actually orient us to the space. We loved it and would definitely return.
