This is a beautiful old hotel located a short distance from the Interlaken Ost station. It suffers from its age, however, Small elevators. No apparent air conditioning and spotty wifi in the rooms. The hotel staff were very friendly, and the concierge was especially helpful. The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from the train station. The location is absolutely great, walking distance to the station and town center. However, the property is old and not well maintained. Most rooms don’t have AC so we could hardly sleep when the temperature was in high 80s. Unfortunately we found five flies in our room during our two day stay.
