A hotel where you can for sure come back
Good communication with the personal regarding the transportation between hotel and airport before out arrival and at the end and very good info's which made it very easy for us to manage at the airport. Very nice, kind and polite reception service. We were not very impressed by the breakfast side in the morning but still satisfactory. All in all a pleasent and we will choose again the same hotel if we come back to Instanbul.

Great location on the Euro side of Istanbul! Within walking distance to popular tourist spots and public transportation. We had a good room and slept well. The hotel staff is very helpful. Good hotel!

Excellent location. Little tight but nice modern room. I rated amenities bit lower because it really doesn't many amenities like pool, room service, etc. But it doesn't need it. This is location in the heart a bustling area of Istanbul. Everything is minutes away. I have spend more time outside.

A estadia correu super bem, estou muito satisfeita e feliz com a escolha do hotel, é um hotel bonito, acolhedor e moderno. Os funcionários eram todos super simpáticos e atenciosos. O funcionário que nos atendeu à chegada era muito simpático e profissional. No primeiro dia tivemos uma sobremesa de boas vindas que o Sr. Veysel nos levou ao quarto, o Sr. Veysel foi sempre muito atencioso connosco durante toda a estadia. O Sr. Ibat também nos levou uma sobremesa, podemos escolher entre algumas opções que o mesmo estava a distribuir pelos hóspedes do hotel. O pequeno almoço tem bastante variedade e era bom mas penso que poderia ter uma identificação dos alimentos, por vezes era difícil de saber o que estávamos a comer, se gostarem de arriscar como nós, é provar e ver se gostam, mas acho que seria bom se dissesse o nome dos alimentos expostos. Quanto à limpeza, o nosso quarto estava muito limpo e era limpo todos os dias por umas senhoras muito simpáticas também! A localização é muito boa.No geral a nossa estadia correu muito bem, é uma experiência a repetir se um dia voltarmos a Istambul, valeu muito a pena, quer pela simpatia dos funcionários quer pela experiência no hotel. Quero dar um agradecimento especial ao Sr. que nos recebeu no primeiro dia ( infelizmente não consegui saber o nome) e também ao Sr. Veysel e Ibat, excelentes funcionários, tornaram a nossa estadia muito melhor :)
