In every area, our stay exceeded our expectations. Definitely get the romantic dinner for two: most exquisite meal we've ever had. Each course was phenomenal. Spa facilities were world class with fantastic view of Alps. Skip the outdoor pool; it was freezing cold. Bed and bedding was very comfortable. After working 20 years in surgery, I have very high standards for cleanliness: A here. Highly recommend.

I really enjoyed my stay here-- it was relaxing, the spa was nice, and the food and service were both excellent. My only downsides were that there was no ability to control temperature in the room so was a bit warm, and there is not much in the area if you want to walk around/explore (though it's very easy to take the bus into the city).

Would not recommend if there is more then 3 people in a room. Had to reserve 2 rooms, spoke to someone to help me get my family accommodated over the phone it seemed like things were good until we showed up the rooms were not together with a conjoining door like I was told they would be.
