My partner and I wanted to love this property because it looks good in photos and the location is good too. We went to uluwatu for a friend’s wedding and we needed a stay which allow us good rest and comfort but it wasn’t the case because right across the road there’s a bar which closes very late and had very loud music, also the next day we woke up with not power or water for at least 1 hour until we could find someone to ask to get it fix.

2/10 Poor

It was so noisy! The music was on until 6am. We got zero sleep and were asked to checkout in time! I would never recommend this unless you’re partying until 6am and are fine with little sleep. It’s smack in the middle of club zone! Also, rooms were not clean. The sheets were not changed and there are dead mosquitos on the walls

Close to the water, restaurants, bars, and shops. I did not have a scooter and got around just fine. If you do have a scooter, you will need to go by the gate guards to access the hotel. Hotel provides free parking. Be sure to visit the cute pool in back!

Location was really good, so close to beaches. The room was clean & spacious.

6/10 Good

Lovely staff that promptly reacts to cleaning requests and organised a scooter for us. Other than that so overpriced. Rooms were badly equipped (no reading light, no towel hangers) and there was mold in the bathroom on the floor. Noisy bar outdoors playing techno all night long. Wouldn't even pay half of what I paid to stay there. The staff deserves 5 stars though!

6/10 Good

Good location close to single fin but listing is quite deceiving - does not have a restaurant/bar on site, no spa on site (looks as though that room is now used for storage) Room was styled lovely but very very dark, our room was directly across from reception so when we opened the blinds to get some light in, it felt as though the staff were looking straight in. Shower had no drain so the water goes all over bathroom floor over to the toilet floor drain so floors were always wet and even worse lighting in there due to no windows and a small wall lamp. Shop next door plays loud music every night, construction workers next door peering over whilst using the pool which was a bit uncomfortable. I feel this place has a lot of potential to be much better, overall stay wasn’t terrible and staff were friendly but expensive for what it was.

pros and cons
Many pros, many cons.... Great location! Comfortable mattress Friendly staff Affordable accomodation aircon Unfortunately rooms aren't very like the photos; very dark, comes with bare minimum; no face/hand towels, no dunna cover! My biggest this was that staff mentioned my room was "freshly painted" which is why there was a strong smell when I checked in, I honestly think they sprayed strong chemical to cover the sewage smell that came back shortly after the "strong smell disappeared" Maybe it is caused by the constructions going one right next door to the accommodation. Construction noise starts from 8am to 8:30pm Overall is was fine if you don't plan to spend much time there as it is affordable and again, location is perfect!

Great staff and nice property, but air conditioning unit wasn't enough to keep cool. Just a really noisy neighborhood with loud music and constant dog barking all through the night.

Fine if slightly inconvenient
Pretty but that’s about it. Private and fairly quiet. Breakfast is average. The staff is nice but have a hard time understanding what you need. Super close to Uluwatu Beach and Single Fin if you want to party but otherwise a fairly inconvenient location if you don’t have a motorbike. The local taxis are incredibly overpriced and they hassle the Grab and Gojek guys so they don’t want to come to Uluwatu.

Staff greeted us with welcome drinks. Check in was quick and easy, room was clean and very stylish. We had few issues - room was newly painted and still had strong smell and the fridge wasn’t working. We got moved to the different room and fridge was changed. Property is amazing, breakfast delicious, staff are very friendly and helpful, WiFi quick. I definitely recommend to stay here. Nunu and all the staff made our stay in Uluwatu unforgettable. Thank you so much.We will miss you!!! Please kindly be patient and DONT BE RUDE to those staff members who doesn’t speak fluent English, we used google translator when needed and managed to understand each other perfectly. See you again one day. Agne and Zita
