It was the best stay ever! I highly recommend this hotel to everyone! Especially for people with kids, not for those who want to party all night long. The area is not huge, but enough for evening walks and for all activities. The staff is soo nice, especially Ahmed from reception. He helped with every single thing right away! Cleaning crew, waiters, and animation team-all work so hard and are doing great job every day. The beach is beautiful and clean with spectacular view of the mountains! The property has four restaurants, water park for kids and adults, and performances every evening. We had a blast, and we will definitely will be back to this place again!

The service is amazing. The entertainment is excellent. There's always something to do and the staff is more than willing to help. But the place is getting old and it's starting to show, perhaps a bit of a renovation would greatly help the appeal. Beach, Aqua park, dancing, endless buffets, great restaurants and great shows every night. As well as free drinks and oduvres with the all-inclusive package. But beware of the staff selling packages around the pool like safari and boat entertainment. Go outside to the market there's a travel office that will sell it to you for half the price. Coming back next year for sure.

A* the most amazing hotel and staff.
What an amazing hotel and hoghly recommnded. We originally booked into Eagle Paradise which is a 0 never stat or book there. In middle of night we came here and the staff were absolutly amazing and went out their way to show us rooms and to ensure we had interconnecting rooms with our children. From the next day the staff knew our scenario and took extra care to make our staf as confortable as possible. The director of the hotel who we bumped into and just got talking took his time to know us and throughout the stay everytime shook our hands and made the effort to say hello which shows that from the top up the personal touch is beyond A*. Kitchen staff get to know their guests and so do lifeguards, securtiy etc. Food selection was amazing and rooms very confortable . This is by far one best hotels i stayed in and the most amazing team ive met and wish them all the best. A really big thank you to all of you.

The resort was very good. My family had a wonderful time, especially my 7 year old daughter. The food is ok and what to be expected from a buffet with lots of options to cater for all but don’t expect gourmet quality food, however it was still good. Beware of the people selling massages, and excursions who will approach you at the pools and beach.. they will rip you off. Book all that online, which is allot more cheaper. Our stay here was great.

They treat you like royalty. Nothing is neglected and they take care of everything, even the smallest thing. The exterior is beautiful and always perfect. The interior is always clean. Good location and accomodation BUT very low service level : - waiters and barmans never smile, do not speak english, do not understand orders and often make mistake or forget your order - wine is awful, barmens do not know recipe of basic cocktails (pina colada with cow milk instead of coconut milk ... beurk, cuba libre with caramel taste ...). Then you only drink beer - evening parties are cheap, with always the same music - someone stole my beach towel, and I had to negociate during a long time with the hotel manager to get a new one - air conditioning in the gym room was not efficient, then you sweat, sweat and sweat - only one TV channel in english - food is low level quality : tiny pizza, chemical orange juice, dining room looks like a very noisy giant school cantine, pancakes are not baked enough, deserts do not have any taste, - speciality restaurant : they refuse additional reservation even if the room is half empty. You need to go to the main bar to get beverage as the waiter is not here or has forgotten your order - waiter of the pool snack bar never smiles, does not propose tissue, ketchup or any basic service

When we first arrived the impression was awful, in fact when we pulled up we thought we were at the wrong place as it did not look like a hotel and we thought we got scammed, after asking a couple people outside they assured me it was the hotel indeed; that is when our disappointment started. This is NOT a 5 star hotel by any means, not by American, European or by Middle Eastern standards. Being a hotel owner in Miami I might be a little harsh, but this place is a 1 star hotel all day long. The rooms have been updated on recent years so that is definitely a plus, although if you are a bigger guy like me the toilet placement when they did the renovations may give you some trouble entering. The food is below average, we felt like eating in a school cafeteria at best, most of the stuff we tried was overcooked and/or too greasy, due to this, we stuck to the basics and ate mostly pasta, eggs and fruits and got by, it’s a shame because we came from another hotel in Cairo and every restaurant in town or hotel food there was fabulous, Egyptians really know how to cook. The gardens around the hotel are well kept, but the outside of the buildings is deteriorating, looks like they ran out of money when renovating the inside units and couldn’t afford to paint the outside buildings or fix the worn out concrete walkways. The staff does not speak English, most of the time you will not get what you asked for due to lack of them understanding English, even asking for simple items like water o
