The best part is this property is located near the airport. Otherwise, it is a dump - water leaking floor in the room (surprised they knew about it and still assigned to me), bad food/menu choices - particularly for vegetarians. Why would a restaurant in the middle of south India doesn't offer south Indian cuisine but offers north Indian and Chinese food items, still they are all badly cooked.

Better than most other hotels in the area and value for money. Shower did not well as faucet was loose. Tv also did not work due to cable box non functional. Mediocre service overall and especially in the restaurant southern spice; indifferent staff made it discouraging to even complain!. Food way below standards of speciality restaurant. Rooms were musty smelling and daily cleaning wasn't up to the mark. Cannot believe this is a star hotel! PS: intriguingly, did not find a single smiling staff or anyone who was eager to attend to customer. Will never stay here again although the location is very convenient (proximity to airport).
