I absolutely loved it, thank you for your hospitality. My granddaughter's spent a lot of time in a kid's club that was very helpful for us. Kid's activities were amazing, including movie nights. We didn't have an all including packet, but we enjoyed the happy hours that were from 12pm to 10 pm . It will be great if you have a dress code for breakfast because ladies came to a restaurant straight from the gym. They were wearing a sport bra and a sport shorts. Actually, it wasn't nice, indeed.

Plenty of room for improvement
Quite a run down hotel which had a bad smell around all public spaces. The room was pretty good except for the AC seeming to be either fully cold or not on at all, making it freezing cold or too hot overnight. Most staff seemed quite indifferent to guests and the food was now quite what could be expected from a 5-star resort.

Nice relaxing stay
We had a very nice relaxing stay. Hotel facilities were good, service staff at the bar and the restaurant and pool boys were all amazing. Check in was very smooth and Jim was very helpful in arranging our slog Lanta taxi which was a wonderful trip. Restaurants in the hotel were not very good as we had expected them to be. The food was not tasty except the breakfast buffet which was very different and excellent and had everything from all over the world. Only problem was that we stayed for 4 nights and they asked us to clear the outstanding bill after 3rd night and not during the check out which we found for a 5-star hotel not an elegant practice. Also on the day of checkout they called us at 8:30 am in the morning to remind us that this was our day of checkout and asked if they can send someone already at 8:30 am to help with luggage even when we told them that we wanted to checkout at 12. It was a bit too much and we felt a bit harassed.

The size of our room was amazing, but the extra treat was being able to jump into the pool from our deck. We loved the all inclusive package as it gave us choices with access to three restaurants, each with a different menu, three bars, and three pools. But the best part was being so close to the beach. We had a wonderful time and would definitely return.

The staff were excellent, however management allowing a large wedding to take place for several days which meant at times dining areas weren't available or pools weren't available or experienced staff were in short supply and loud music could be heard throughout the resort and onetime way past midnight, will make me think twice about booking again. Our second visit in 11 months. It was another incredible, excellent and wonderfully relaxing stay. The staff are the friendliest (shout out to YaYa and team at the Beach Grill, M and Waan at the pool bar - thanks for the 'M Special' drink and Kath at reception whose english is excellent). The food is excellent, drinks are very good, the pools are beautiful and the rooms are recently renovated and very comfortable. We are planning our next trip! The slightest downer is the 1.5hrs drive from the airport. It is an excellent place to stay and we feel as though we are in a 1 week long dream when we are there.
