Tatty with unfriendly staff

Very basic accommodation in poor condition. Nice outdoor areas and pool. Bathroom was very grotty. Staff were unfriendly and we were totally ignored throughout our entire stay. Breakfast was excellent, varied, fresh and plentiful.

Breakfast is very limited, and not much to offer than basic things. Very heavy on carbs. No shampoo or conditioner available. AC barely worked. The ceiling fan was the saving grace. Ok to stay a day or 2 for simple basic lodging.

O quarto não tem o conforto desejado, o banheiro do estava com a torneira do lavatório solta, não tem ducha higiênica. A televisão parou de funcionar e não foi trocada. Informaram que haveria a troca de quarto mas não fizeram. No geral, o custo é alto para o serviço apresentado.

Vamos lá: Pontos positivos: O maior ponto positivo é a localização. Tem ar-condicionado nos quartos, frigobar, ventilador, piscina pra uso das 10 às 22, é feita a limpeza dos quartos de manhã. Tem uma gatinha que fica passeando pelo ambiente, que alguns podem gostar e alguns podem não gostar, como eu gosto de animais foi uma grata surpresa. Pontos negativos: O café da manhã é bem simples, sem ovos, sem pão de queijo, apenas o básico: leite, suco, algumas poucas frutas, café, achocolatado, pão, presunto e queijo. Durante nossa estadia de 2 diárias, encontramos 3 baratas no quarto, vivas. O banheiro tinha um cheiro ruim de esgoto. A televisão era antiga, e só funcionava canal da TV aberta, sem Netflix e outros streaming. O chuveiro só funcionava a fase gelado ou extremamente quente… Considerações finais: Se você usar a pousada só pra dormir, está “ok”, porque a localização é muito boa. Mas caso os donos leiam essa avaliação, peço que façam uma dedetização no ambiente pra sumir com as baratas e consertem o chuveiro.

Pousada insatisfatória

Pousada insatisfatória. Equipe não está preparada para uma abordagem educada com os hóspedes. Tratam os mesmos como se tivesse fazendo um favor. Roupa de cama manchada, barata no quarto, cheiro do banheiro terrível. Ventilador de teto com barulho insuportável. Ar condicionado ok. Café da manhã bem simples e limitado. Estrutura deveria ser melhorada assim como os portões de entrada que se torna um sacrifício abrir para entrar na pousada após às 22h, pois a mesma não possui recepção 24h. Portão da garagem quebrado. Não me senti segura dentro da pousada.

O Dono foi simpático, o café da manhã era simples mas muito bom, a localização é EXCELENTE, mas o que deixou muito a desejar foi a cama. O colchão é muito duro, extremamente desconfortável e o banho era razoável. Nada difícil de resolver, pois a localização é muito boa

Pontos Fortes da Pousada É a Localização, praticamente dentro do Centro Histórico, e que tem Estacionamento, pois a maioria das pousadas próximas não tem , os funcionários super educados e Solícitos, fomos muito bem atendidos..A pousada É simples , café da manhã bem simples oferecendo o básico, pão, frios, frutas, bolo , suco , mas super atendeu ao que se propõe para Quem Não Busca Luxos ..Com certeza Voltaremos..

Fomos informados na chegada que a reserva cama de casal tinha sido feita para um adulto, o que contradiz o voucher do hoteis.com. Bom quarto, mas o colchão maior do que a cama, o que prejudica o conforto. Café muito fraco e contado. Próximo ao centro histórico. Local muito silencioso.
