The location of this property was great - 6 minute walk to St. Mark’s Square, steps from the Giglio waterbus stop and opens onto a very nice plaza. The bed could be better but the room I had was spacious and comfortable. I did not try the restaurant/bar but it seemed popular. I didn’t have much interaction with star but they were friendly enough. I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is very well situated - just a short block from a water bus stop and an easy walk to San Marco square. The room we had was small but comfortable. The building is old so getting to and from the room was a little convoluted, but we figured it out. The breakfast was very nice. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. They had water and juice available all the time.

We had an amazing stay. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. They also were so helpful in getting a water taxi/making arrangements upon leaving/checking out. We arrived early in the morning and they helped store our luggage until check in and then helped with getting luggage to our room. Their lounge/sitting area was very inviting and our room view to the courtyard was breathtaking. Would definitely recommend and come back!!!
