Relais 147 is ideally located in the heart of Taormina. Rohid was available for all of our questions and was quick to address any request we had during our three night stay. We will return and we recommend to anyone visiting Taormina.

Oasis in central Taormina
The hotel was like a small oasis in the busy Main Street of Corso Umberto. The room was lovely with a small outside seating area. It could be noisy as it is on the Main Street but this did not adversely impact my stay and proximity to bars and restaurants was worth it for me

Just make sure you know parking is difficult, the manger explained after but still didn’t understand till we arrived how difficult and you need to make sure you don’t miss the parking structure because it take 15-20 minutes to get around the town

Amazing Relais 147
Amazing stay at Relais 147! What a beautiful place in the perfect location right at the center of Taormina, yet a tranquil oasis all day around even when Corso Umberto was full of vibrant life morning, noon and night. Our host Rohid with family was fantastic in every way in terms of service, recommendations of great restaurants and above all, a very gentle, nice kind and interresting persona. A great stay all together and we recommend a stay at Relais 147 full heartedly! Johan & Veronica

We had the best stay! You can’t find a better location, and it’s surprisingly quiet tucked behind the main strip. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast buffet was simple and satisfactory. Rohid went above and beyond many times for us in the 5 days we were there. With travel issues getting into the Catania airport, he was able to schedule a driver for us to the neighboring airports with short notice. They were also extremely accommodating for us as I required fridge storage for breast milk. I was able to text him questions throughout our stay and he suggested some great restaurants for us.

The parking is not that hard. You simply have to park 200 meters away in the city parking garage multi level and no hill. Instructions to that garage would be helpful, it’s 20-25E a day :)

Great lcation and ambience. This is a Very unique to setting tucked away in the middle the main street of Taormina...gardens,outdoor couches,hammocks, hot tub, fruit trees, breakfast on the terrace. We had an "attic" room with beams across the ceiling.very spacious. Only complaint was that shower adjustments were quirky and shower pan drained slowly, creating a backup that almost overflowed into bathroom. One caveat: Be prepared for many stairs! Our host, Salvo, was lovely...kind, courteous and helpful.

The property is placed right in the center of the town. Host was also there for us and helped with what was needed. The terrace is beautiful and despite the photos not showing it, the property is on the main street crossing taormina, which isnvery convenient. I highly recommend this property.
