Great place.
From check-in to checkout our experience was first class. Breakfast was cooked to order and was delicious. The property is very quiet and comes with a private dock on the river. We definitely recommend staying here.

Great management couldn’t be more helpful. The staff are outstanding and very helpful, provide great recommendations. Lovely stay in a beautiful place, watching the birds at the bottom of the garden in the morning was so mindful and relaxing. Added bonus was they do laundry for you and return it immaculate. Wir haben diese Unterkunft gewählt für unseren Besuch im Addo Elephant Park. Sie liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Südtor des Parks. Falls man eine der zweistündigen SANParks Touren machen möchte, muss man zum Nordtor des Parks fahren. Dies ist jedoch aus unserer Sicht nicht zu empfehlen, da 2 Stunden viel zu wenig sind. In diesem Park kann man ohne Probleme 2-3 volle Tage verbringen. Daher entweder mit dem eigenen Auto durch das Südtor oder noch viiiieeeeeeel besser eine Tagestour mit dem Ranger Shaun der Unterkunft buchen. Diese ist ihr Geld definitiv wert, da man höher sitzt und dadurch mehr sieht und sich sicherer fühlt. Außerdem konnte Shaun uns viele interessante Zusatzinformationen zu den Tieren geben. Ohne ihn hätten wir sicherlich nur halb so viele Tiere entdeckt. Die Safari-Tour war unser persönliches Highlight unserer Südafrikareise.
