Front desk staff greeted us with a smile and was polite. We were upgraded to a family room which was a pleasant surprise. Room looked and smelled clean. We had a view of the canal from our balcony. The bed was comfortable. We had a good night’s rest before our flight home the next day. The hotel’s is just 5-7 minute walk to Amsterdam Centraal. We had ample time to go to Albert Cuyp Markt to buy food and some souvenirs before our 12 NN check-out. We asked the front desk staff upon returning if we could check-out at 12:30 PM, and with a smile, she said yes! We will absolutely recommend NH Collection Barbizon Palace to friends and family who will be visiting Amsterdam!
