I like the location of New World Hotel. The staff were helpful and courteous. However, the carpet in the room triggered an allergic reaction in my sister. Carpets need to be kept scrupulously clean or just removed from rooms. Suggest having an ice and water dispenser on each floor. The hotel purports to support environment friendly practice with water in bottles but refuses refills. Suggesting instead that guests buy bottled water which comes in disposable containers.

The staff were absolutely tremendous from the first greeting to departure. My room was a little cold and the AC seemed to have a mind of its own but other than that I would definitely recommend.
